I make life paintings in different spaces using projectors, video cameras, overhead projectors mirrors and glassplates, and my theme has been to concentrate on the space it self, the colors, forms, lines, reflections and try to bring forth what I find exciting in it. The connection between the inner space and the outer space fascinates me and I take fragments from the building I am working in each time creating new compositions. My life paintings have developed into pre worked Moving-Pictures for tv-screens or projectors, to be used as conventional paintings.onventional paintings. |
